Job Title: Part-Time Housekeeper for Seniors (2 Openings)
Location: Pittsburgh, PA area (and vicinity)

Schedule:

Part-time: 2 days per week roughly 9am-1pm (Flexible)
No evenings or weekends

Benefits:

$22/hour plus monthly performance bonuses
Paid drive time

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Part-time Housekeeper to provide compassionate and thorough cleaning services for seniors in their homes. This role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will bring energy, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to support seniors’ well-being through exceptional housekeeping practices.

Responsibilities

Perform residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to maintain a spotless living space.
Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly.
Care for floors through sweeping, carpet cleaning, and applying appropriate floor care techniques to preserve their condition.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging politely with clients, respecting their routines, and addressing any special requests or concerns.
Uphold safety protocols and proper janitorial procedures to ensure a clean and hazard-free environment at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial work; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is highly desirable.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, respectful attitude towards seniors.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORTATION and a valid license.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving household items safely.
