Position: Full-Time Lead Carpenter
Pay: $28–$35/hour (depending on experience and skill level)

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading small-to-large-sized deck projects from start to finish
- Reading and interpreting plans, verifying layout and details
- Managing helpers or apprentices on site and helping them grow
- Communicating clearly with the owner, subs, and clients as needed
- Ensuring everything is built to code—and to a higher standard
- Problem-solving on the fly and making decisions you can stand behind
- Representing Renaissance with professionalism and pride

- You have 5–10+ years of hands-on carpentry experience (deck building is a plus)
