About Us

We are an established, growing 70-person injection molding manufacturer. We pride ourselves on a tight-knit team culture, operational efficiency, and high-quality production. We are seeking a hands-on, organized Accounting and Administration Manager to take ownership of our front office, daily financial operations, and HR administration.

Job Summary

In this role, you will lead our daily financial operations, manage month-end closing, oversee inventory control, and handle HR administration. You will directly supervise two administrative team members who assist with daily accounting transactions, customer service, purchasing, and scheduling. This is a critical position that connects our shop floor data with our financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management: Own the general ledger, execute month-end close processes, and prepare timely financial reports.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and support two administrative staff members handling accounts payable/receivable, customer service, purchasing, and scheduling.
Inventory & ERP Control: Oversee manufacturing inventory systems (IQMS/DelmiaWorks, JobBOSS). Track, reconcile, and audit Raw Materials, Work-in-Progress (WIP), and Finished Goods.
HR & Payroll Administration: Serve as the primary contact for our external payroll processing service. Manage employee onboarding, benefits administration, and basic HR record-keeping.
Office Operations: Ensure general office efficiency and communication.

Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Inventory Knowledge: Experience managing/tracking inventory (Raw, WIP, and Finished Goods) within a manufacturing setting.
Software Skills: Direct experience with manufacturing ERP systems like IQMS/DelmiaWorks, JobBOSS or similar is highly preferred. Advanced knowledge of Excel and familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred.
Leadership: Prior experience supervising administrative, clerical, or accounting staff.
Education: Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred, or equivalent verified work experience.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
