We're hiring Relief/Per Diem Float Counselors to support two of our programs in Pittsfield: FOH Berkshire House and Respite.
About the Programs:
FOH Berkshire House is a 24/7 peer-led transitional housing program staffed by counselors and case managers, providing wraparound supports for individuals navigating recovery and housing stabilization.
Respite is a 24/7 short-term residential program offering temporary housing and support services for individuals transitioning between living arrangements. Clients have access to clinicians, nursing support, psychiatric consultations, and wellness groups.

Starting Pay: $18.50-20.50/hour
What You'll Do:

Build therapeutic 1:1 relationships with clients.

Support daily living activities including cooking, recreation, & support.

Participate in treatment planning and case coordination.

Perform hourly client checks and maintain accurate documentation.

Prepare meals during evening shifts and coordinate with shift team.

Support a safe, trauma-informed environment.

Help with basic program operations such as transportation and supply shopping.

Respond to and triage crisis calls as needed.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in Human Services or behavioral health preferred.

Flexibility to float between two Pittsfield program sites.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Strong documentation and communication skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Availability for evening, overnight, and/or weekend shifts preferred.
