Job Title
- Technical Coordinator-Java Architect (Remote – Client-Facing Role)
- Location: Remote
- Working Time: Working timing is in the EST time zone across USA
- Experience: 6–10 years

Role Summary
We are looking for a Remote Technical Coordinator with a strong Java background who can work closely with our USA customers in the EST time zone and collaborate effectively with offshore teams in India. The role requires good technical understanding, the ability to participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies, and hands-on capability to troubleshoot issues using Java and SQL.
This role is focused on coordination, communication, and technical support, participating in Agile processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Coordination & Communication
- Act as a client-facing coordinator during EST working hours.
- Participate in client meetings, discussions, demos, and status calls.
- Help clarify requirements and communicate them effectively to the offshore team.
- Support expectation management, risk identification, and issue escalation.
- Participate in SCRUM ceremonies including:
- Sprint Planning
- Daily Stand-ups
- Sprint Reviews / Demos
- Retrospectives
- Support Product Owners and Scrum Masters by:
- Helping clarify stories and acceptance criteria
- Providing technical inputs during planning and estimation
- Ensure alignment between client priorities and offshore execution.
- Technical & Troubleshooting Support
- Use Java application knowledge to understand system behavior and flows.
- Troubleshoot application and data issues using SQL queries and log analysis.
- Assist in root-cause analysis and impact assessment.
- Provide technical context during client discussions when required.
- Offshore Team Collaboration
- Maintain effective daily overlap with Noida, India team for:
- Sync-ups
- Technical discussions
- Planning and review meetings
- Communicate updates, priorities, and feedback clearly.
- Track progress and raise concerns early when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical
- Strong experience in Java / J2EE (hands-on or strong code-level understanding).
- Good SQL knowledge for troubleshooting and data validation.
- Experience with backend systems, APIs, and enterprise applications.
- Agile / Process
- Practical understanding of Agile / SCRUM.
- Experience participating in SCRUM ceremonies (not required to own or run them).
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
Communication & Coordination
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working directly with customers in a remote, client-facing role.
- Experience working with offshore or distributed teams.
- Proactive, organized, and delivery-focused mindset.

- Remote role.
- Working hours aligned to EST time zone.
- Daily overlap required with Noida, India team.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting production or data-related issues.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
