The Procedure Scheduler plays a critical role in coordinating and managing the scheduling of medical procedures within healthcare facilities across the United States. This position ensures that patients are efficiently and accurately scheduled for diagnostic, therapeutic, or surgical procedures, optimizing resource utilization and minimizing wait times. The role requires close collaboration with medical staff, patients, and administrative teams to confirm appointment details, verify insurance coverage, and prepare necessary documentation. By maintaining clear communication and meticulous attention to detail, the Procedure Scheduler helps facilitate smooth clinical operations and enhances patient satisfaction. Ultimately, this position contributes to the overall quality of care by ensuring timely access to essential medical services.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
Previous experience in medical scheduling, healthcare administration, or a related field.
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and scheduling software.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications:
