This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Support Specialist located in El Dorado Hills, CA.

Role Description

Electro & Company is looking for a sharp, motivated Product Support Specialist to join our growing team. You’ll be the go-to person for customers and dealers needing help with diagnostics, setup, or tech-related questions about our bikes, motors, and components. This role blends heavy customer service with light technical troubleshooting — perfect for someone who understands how machines work, communicates clearly, and takes pride in solving problems fast.

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and accuracy.
Diagnose and troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues (motors, controllers, batteries, etc.).
Walk customers through setup, wiring, or tuning steps using clear written and verbal communication.
Document common issues and solutions to improve internal knowledge resources.
Coordinate with the fulfillment and tech teams to ensure smooth warranty and replacement processes.
Help identify patterns or recurring issues and suggest improvements to our products and workflows.
Provide top-tier support that reflects our Ready-to-Rip brand energy and commitment to quality

Qualifications

Strong communication and people skills — written and verbal
Experience in technical troubleshooting, diagnostics, or mechanical/electrical repair
Basic understanding of electric systems (controllers, motors, batteries, wiring)
Comfortable using email platforms, spreadsheets, and ticketing systems
Organized, patient, and able to handle multiple conversations at once
A self-starter who can identify issues and come up with smart solutions
Positive attitude, adaptability, and enthusiasm for the powersports or EV world

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certifications is a plus
