The Clinic Operations Assistant is the operational heartbeat of our pediatric therapy clinic. This role ensures therapists have everything they need to provide exceptional care while creating an organized, welcoming, and beautiful environment for children, families, staff, and volunteers.
No two days are exactly alike. Some days you'll organize therapy spaces, prepare evaluation materials, support therapists, or welcome new employees. Other days you'll coordinate volunteers, solve operational challenges, prepare for special events, or improve systems that help the clinic operate more efficiently.

What You'll OwnClinic Operations
- Ensure the clinic is organized, welcoming, fully stocked, and ready to support exceptional therapy every day.
- Anticipate operational needs and coordinate supplies, inventory, equipment, treatment materials, and clinic resources before shortages occur.
- Help maintain an environment that reflects the professionalism and warmth of Growing Healthy Seasons.
Therapist & Clinical Support
- Prepare treatment spaces, therapy materials, evaluation resources, and specialized equipment so therapists can focus entirely on patient care.
- Provide hands-on support during therapy sessions, feeding sessions, evaluations, and other clinical activities as needed.
- Maintain systems that keep shared therapy resources organized and available.
Administrative & Organizational Support
- Help maintain accurate records, inventory systems, volunteer coordination, clinic documentation, onboarding materials, and operational processes.
- Support projects that improve efficiency, organization, and communication throughout the clinic.
Facility & Community Support
- Help maintain clinic technology, therapy equipment, indoor and outdoor spaces, and other operational resources.
- Support seasonal events, camps, fundraisers, volunteer initiatives, and special projects that strengthen our culture and community.
Success in This Role
After your first several months, you will:
- Be someone the team trusts to keep the clinic running smoothly.
- Anticipate needs before they become urgent.
- Maintain organized systems that improve efficiency for therapists and staff.
- Help create a welcoming environment where children, families, volunteers, and employees feel cared for.
- Take ownership of operational responsibilities while continually identifying ways to improve them.

Experience in healthcare, education, pediatric care, or office operations is helpful but not required.
Applicants must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks such as organizing, stocking, cleaning, and preparing therapy environments.
