Job description

At Norcal Treatment , our team comprises compassionate, certified professionals who are dedicated to empowering individuals on their path to recovery. We believe in a holistic approach, integrating mental, physical, and emotional health to treat the whole person. Our commitment lies in fostering a safe, supportive environment to inspire change and growth.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients
- Implement cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to address client needs
- Develop and implement behavior management plans for clients
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and treatment effectiveness
- Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Provide crisis intervention as needed

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a counselor or therapist
- Thorough understanding of the 12-step program of chemical dependency recovery
- Strong knowledge of cognitive behavioral therapy principles and techniques
- Experience in behavior management strategies and interventions
- Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to client outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
