We are a growing CPA firm dedicated to providing high-quality accounting, tax, and advisory services to individuals and small-to-mid-sized businesses. We value professionalism, accuracy, and client service, and we are seeking an organized, detail-oriented team member to support our accounting operations including bookkeeping and tax preparation.

Position Overview

The Bookkeeper/Tax Preparer will play a key support role within the firm, assisting with bookkeeping, preparing financial statements and tax return preparation . The ideal candidate is dependable, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and reconcile financial transactions
Maintain accurate client records in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
Assist with preparation of tax documents and financial reports
Support accounts receivable and billing tasks
Help with payroll processing

Qualifications

Required:

1–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative support
Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks strongly preferred)
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and customer service abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
High level of professionalism and discretion

Preferred:

Experience in a CPA firm, tax office, or financial services environment
Basic understanding of accounting principles
