Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily activities. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while contributing to a professional and lively work environment.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive and professional first impression
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously
Handle scheduling tasks such as calendar management and appointment setting using productivity software
Maintain organized filing systems, including digital spreadsheets and paper records
Perform data entry with accuracy
Support office operations through clerical tasks such document preparation
Assist with client communication, customer support, and follow-up to ensure high satisfaction levels
Coordinate office supplies inventory and manage incoming correspondence to keep the front desk organized
Will be rquired to help with dental assisting as needed.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools for effective communication and documentation
Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry, spreadsheets, and productivity software
Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems for professional communication
Previous office or administrative experience, including front desk or medical/dental receptionist roles, is highly desirable
Dental assisting
Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail for filing and scheduling tasks
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor under pressure
