Clinical Program Manager (RN) – LHCSA Home Care Agency – $95K–$125K – Based in Levittown with a Collaborative Team & High Growth Potential! Office Visits to all boroughs.

We are seeking a forward-thinking, adaptable Registered Nurse to drive staff development, clinical training, and quality improvement (QI) initiatives across our established network.

As the Clinical Program Manager, you will partner directly with the VP of Clinical Services to cultivate a culture of excellence. Whether you are an experienced LHCSA Nurse ready to take the next step or a seasoned BSN leader looking for a collaborative, team-first environment that values your ideas, this agency supports its nurses to truly excel and achieve.

What You’ll Do: Supportive Supervision, Training & Quality Assurance

Educational Leadership: Coordinate, plan, and implement the agency’s clinical and paraprofessional training programs, leading orientations for newly hired personnel and ensuring ongoing competency assessments.
Quality Improvement (QI): Partner with the QI Manager to perform quarterly clinical record reviews and personnel file audits to ensure strict adherence to NYS Department of Health (DOH) regulations.
Performance Innovation: Participate in and lead innovative QI and performance improvement projects, including shaping and launching new pilot initiatives.
Strategic Collaboration: Compile and evaluate training program statistics to continually refine and elevate the agency's educational framework.
"All Hands on Deck" Support: Function as a core team player. While this role is primarily administrative and office-based, you will act as a supportive, supplemental nurse for classroom programs or occasional field audits/visits when a collaborative team effort is required.
Shared On-Call: Participate in a balanced, phone-based rotating on-call schedule to provide clinical guidance for after-hours issues.

Schedule & Location

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Enjoy excellent schedule flexibility).
On-Call: Phone-based rotation; no in-person emergency field visits required.
Home Base: Levittown, NY (Main Office).
Travel: Approximately 25% mobile travel to branch offices for quarterly audits and staff development days. Traveling workloads and locations are fairly divided among the nurse management team.

Qualifications

Education & Licensure

Registered Nurse (RN) with a current New York State registration.
BSN preferred.

Experience

Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Home Care setting (LHCSA, CHHA, MLTC, or UAS assessment environments).
Proven experience supervising office and field personnel in alignment with DOH regulations.
Ready for the next step? Step-up RNs with strong supervisory, case management, or educator experience in a LHCSA are highly encouraged to apply!

Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of Federal and New York State laws/regulations, Joint Commission compliance, and NYS-approved HHA/PCA training guidelines.
Tech-Savvy: Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating electronic records.
Team Player Mindset: A "roll up your sleeves" attitude—someone who thrives in a supportive, collaborative corporate culture.
Mobility: Valid NYS Driver’s License and vehicle to drive to service branch sites when scheduled.

Compensation & Tiered Salary Structure

$95,000: For an RN step-up candidate with 3 years of LHCSA experience plus supervisory or educator exposure.
$100,000: For a BSN step-up candidate with 3 years of LHCSA experience plus supervisory or educator exposure.
$125,000: For a seasoned BSN leader with 3+ years of comprehensive LHCSA management background.
