Full Job Description

Job Title: Echo Tech / Cardiac Sonographer / Multi-Specialty Ultrasound Technologist
Location: Plainview, TX
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift, 4x10 Hours (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
On-Call: Required (Weekdays 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM and 24-hour call on weekends)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Specialty Ultrasound Technologist with strong skills in Echocardiography, General Ultrasound, Vascular Ultrasound, OB/GYN, and Fetal Imaging. This position requires a versatile sonographer who can independently perform a wide range of diagnostic ultrasound and cardiac imaging procedures across multiple patient populations.

Responsibilities

Perform adult echocardiograms, contrast echocardiograms, and stress echocardiography studies.
Conduct general ultrasound examinations including abdominal, pelvic, thyroid, breast, renal, and small parts imaging.
Perform OB/GYN and fetal ultrasound examinations, including first, second, and third trimester studies.
Complete vascular studies including carotid, venous, arterial, duplex, and Doppler examinations.
Provide diagnostic imaging for neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
Operate ultrasound equipment and maintain accurate documentation in Epic and PACS.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
Participate in on-call coverage and emergency imaging procedures as required.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of recent ultrasound and echocardiography experience.
ARDMS, ARDMS-VT, CCI, or RDCS certification required.
BLS certification required.
Epic experience required.
Strong experience in:

Vascular Ultrasound
Adult Echocardiography
Contrast Echo
Stress Echo (Treadmill)

Pay: $3,200.00 - $3,400.00 per week
