NOW HIRING: SPA MANAGER

This is a unique opportunity to step into a spa that is already open and operating, while having the ability to shape its future.

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking an experienced, energetic, and results-driven Spa Manager for a unique opportunity to lead a newly opened spa and build its success from the ground up.

This exciting role offers the chance to grow a loyal membership base, develop a high-performing team, and foster a culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and service excellence. As Spa Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the guest experience, driving business growth, building a successful team, and establishing Hand & Stone Cheshire as the premier wellness destination in the community.

What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Spa Associates, Licensed Massage Therapists, and Estheticians

Drive membership growth, retail sales, client retention, and overall spa performance

Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop top talent

Foster a positive, professional, and guest-focused culture

Ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence

Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to achieve business goals

Manage staffing, scheduling, and daily spa operations

Partner with ownership on marketing initiatives, community outreach, and business development efforts

Maintain compliance with Hand & Stone brand standards, policies, and procedures

Lead by example and create an environment of accountability, teamwork, and success

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 2 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, wellness, fitness, beauty, or spa environments

Demonstrated success leading teams and achieving sales goals

Strong leadership, coaching, interpersonal, and communication skills

Proven ability to motivate, develop, and retain employees

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for wellness and service excellence

Experience in membership-based sales environments is highly preferred

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

Schedule Expectations

Full-time position (40 hours per week)

Flexible schedule based on business needs

Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Ability to support the team during peak operating hours

Willingness to respond to operational and staffing needs as they arise

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary ($50,000-$60,000) plus commission plus sales bonuses
