As we expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and customer-focused Level 1 Help Desk Technician to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Level 1 Help Desk Technician at Lemonov Integrated Systems, you will be the first point of contact for our clients seeking technical assistance. Your primary responsibility will be to provide effective and timely support by diagnosing and resolving technical issues via phone, email, or in-person. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' satisfaction, maintaining their IT systems' functionality, and helping them maximize their productivity.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person as required.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, escalating complex problems to Level 2 support when necessary.
Guide clients through step-by-step solutions, offering clear and concise instructions.
Record and maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, including issue details, solutions provided, and follow-up actions.
Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems.
Set up and configure computer peripherals such as printers, scanners, and network devices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective problem resolution and timely response to customer inquiries.
Continuously expand technical knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
Assist in the development and improvement of internal knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or an Associate degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
A strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to help others.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
Familiarity with common software applications, networking protocols, and computer hardware.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Basic understanding of IT security principles and best practices
Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are welcomed but not required.
