RN Clinical Supervisor Lala – Dallas, TX

Salary $80,000-$90,000

Lala Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Clinical Supervisor to support our growing Pediatric Private Duty Nursing (PDN) team in the Dallas area. This role is ideal for a nurse with hands-on pediatric home care experience who enjoys supporting field staff, building relationships with families, and helping ensure high-quality patient care in the home setting. As an RN Clinical Supervisor with Lala, you will play a key role in clinical oversight, nurse training, patient assessments, care coordination, and ongoing support of our field clinicians. Unlike traditional facility-based leadership roles, this position allows you to work directly in patient homes, helping nurses succeed in real-world clinical environments while making a meaningful impact on medically fragile children and their families.Responsibilities

Conduct supervisory visits and patient assessments in the home setting
Provide clinical oversight and support to field nurses
Train and mentor nurses on patient-specific skills and clinical competencies
Assist with care planning and coordination of services
Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations
Support quality assurance and clinical documentation review
Collaborate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
Participate in nurse orientation and ongoing clinical education
Assist with patient admissions and clinical evaluations as needed

Qualifications

Current RN license in the State of Texas
Minimum of 2 years of pediatric private duty nursing (PDN) or home health experience preferred
Experience with trach, vent, and g-tube patients strongly preferred
Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
Comfortable working independently in the field
Current CPR certification
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
