Full Job Description

Summary

Bullet EV Charging Solutions, one of the fastest growing Solar and EV Charging companies in the nation, is looking for Regional Construction Operations Manager (RCM). The RCM oversees multiple construction projects within a specific geographic area, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including project planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, managing and stakeholder communication. The Regional Construction Manager will also manage project teams, coordinate with contractors and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and applicable building codes.

Key Responsibilities

· Review Bid/Job Documents and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with management

· Develop and manage project timelines and schedules, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

· Create and manage project budgets, track related expenses, and controll costs.

· Coordinate the allocation of resources between multiple jobs, including personnel, materials, and equipment.

· Manage the procurement processes, including bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and vendor selection.

· Ensure that construction work meets quality standards and specifications.

· Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to mitigate or reduce them accordingly.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.

· Maintain regular communication with all involved stakeholders, provide weekly project updates, and address/resolve all parties concerns

· Lead and motivate project teams, including project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.

· Coordinate the activities of various project participants, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Minimum of 7 years Construction experience with at least 4 years as a Construction Manager or Supervisor
Extensive experience reviewing bid, blueprints/plans, job scheduling, and project management
Expert level skill with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
Must have strong organization and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple vendors/contractors
Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance.
Tactful, professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with managers, employees, vendors and others.
Proven ability to push team members to achieve results according to schedule and budget requirements
