Full Job Description

Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years CT Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This assignment is a unique chance for imaging professionals to sharpen expertise within dynamic clinical environments. Schedule/Hours:

Nights: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Every weekend rotation
Guaranteed 36 hours per week
13-week assignment

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of experience in trauma settings as a CT or CT/PET Technologist
ARRT (CT) certification—REQUIRED
Active Texas Radiologic Technologist License—REQUIRED
BLS certification—REQUIRED
Expertise with ER CT-Trauma, CTA, and Stroke protocols
Experience operating GE 64 Slice preferred
Comfortable working within Meditech documentation system
Flexibility to float as needed
Confident supporting high-acuity cases and performing in high-stress environments

Primary Duties:

Perform complex CT and PET imaging procedures for emergency, trauma, and neurological cases
Ensure precise imaging in collaboration with radiologists and physicians
Maintain compliance with established protocols, safety procedures, and regulatory standards
Accurately document all cases and findings in Meditech
Provide exceptional patient-centered care and support within a trauma-focused unit
