We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Part-Time Receptionist / Chiropractic & Acupuncture Assistant to join our healthcare team. We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Receptionist/Clinical Assistant (preferred days - Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday) at our established chiropractic and acupuncture clinic conveniently located near I-35E and I-635 in Dallas.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a healthcare environment, and is willing to assist with both front office and clinical support duties.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the daily calendar
- Verify patient information and maintain accurate records
- Utilize chiropractic practice management software (experience preferred but training available)
- Assist the Doctor with patient flow and basic patient care procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinic
- Perform light cleaning and daily office maintenance
- Process patient payments and maintain front desk operations
- Provide outstanding customer service to every patient
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, dependable, and professional appearance
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable learning and using computer software
- Previous medical, chiropractic, dental, or healthcare office experience is preferred but not required
- Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required
- Must be reliable, punctual, and enjoy working with patients
