Financial Services Associate (1099 Independent Contractor)Make an Impact. Build Your Own Business. Help Families Create Financial Security.

Are you looking for an opportunity that offers flexibility, personal growth, and the ability to make a meaningful difference in your community?

We are seeking motivated, coachable, and self-driven individuals who are interested in building a career in financial services. As an independent contractor, you will educate individuals and families on strategies designed to help protect their income, build long-term financial security, and create lasting legacies.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not a traditional W-2 employee position. Representatives have the flexibility to build their business on a full-time or part-time basis while working with the support of an experienced leadership team.

What You'll Do

Build relationships through networking, community outreach, referrals, and educational events.
Meet with individuals and families to understand their financial goals and protection needs.
Educate clients on financial protection strategies, including living benefits, legacy planning, retirement preparation, and other insurance-based solutions.
Guide clients through the application process while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
Provide ongoing service and support to clients after policies are issued.
Participate in weekly training, mentorship, and professional development.
Build and maintain a strong referral network within your community.

Who We're Looking For

Self-motivated and goal-oriented individuals.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable speaking with new people and educating others.
Professional, dependable, and eager to learn.
Sales, customer service, retail, healthcare, education, banking, recruiting, or business development experience is helpful but not required.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Life Insurance License preferred. Individuals who are not currently licensed may be eligible to obtain their license before working with clients.

Compensation
