Flores Eye Care Clinic is seeking a compassionate, motivated Therapeutic Optometrist to join our thriving, full-scope group practice in Laredo, TX. Established in 2001, we have served the Laredo community for over 25 years and currently see over 9,000 patients annually. Elite Compensation: Starting base salary of $150,000 for Year 1, with a total first-year compensation package value exceeding $200,000.
Choose Your Pay: We pay above industry standards—choose between a high-guarantee base with production bonuses or a lucrative percentage of gross production.

Work-Life Balance: Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday (no weekends).

Qualifications:

Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited school.
Active and valid license to practice optometry in the state of Texas.

Motivated, self-starter who values clinical independence and professional growth.
