Director of Pharmacy
Southern Star Pharmacy
Plano, TX
Full-time
Job Overview
Southern Star Pharmacy is looking for a true pharmacy leader. We are not hiring someone to simply maintain the status quo. We are looking for a high-level Director of Pharmacy who can operate, grow, and lead an independent pharmacy with urgency, discipline, and measurable results.
This role is ideal for a pharmacist with experience running and growing pharmacies, building referral relationships, developing new revenue channels, improving operational efficiency, and leading a team with accountability. The right candidate understands that pharmacy is both a clinical service and a business. They must be comfortable leading operations, driving sales, developing physician and attorney relationships, expanding workers’ compensation and personal injury opportunities, and owning the performance of the pharmacy.
