Full Job Description

Gold Is a small Italian-ish restaurant in the Old North End of Burlington. We have recently celebrated our two year anniversary and are looking for a reliable person to work on the line and help develop our food program. We have a great small team and are looking to add a positive and hardworking individual.

Experience in a scratch kitchen is preferred, but not necessary. Our Kitchen is open Tuesday through Saturday 4:30 pm to 9:30-ish. Full or part time hours are available. We offer to grow and develop your creative skills and are happy to train eager folks on the in and outs of the restaurant business.

Duties:
- Assist in food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Support the kitchen staff in daily tasks and collaborate with team members effectively.
- Help in maintaining inventory levels and notifying when supplies need replenishment.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.

Skills / Qualities we are looking for:
- Basic cooking skills and a willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in a scratch kitchen is a plus.cooking skills and a willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude and ability to show up on time and ready for work!
- Experience with different stations in clouding saute
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
