Job Summary

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor or Front Desk Associate, where you will be the welcoming face and vigilant guardian of our hotel during evening hours. This role combines the essential duties of guest relations, administrative oversight, and safety management to ensure a seamless experience for our guests. Your energetic and professional approach will help create a warm, secure environment while maintaining operational excellence through detailed financial and administrative tasks. Duties

Welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring exceptional customer service from check-in to check-out
Manage multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, handling inquiries and reservations efficiently
Conduct the night audit process by reconciling daily financial transactions using OPERA or similar hotel management software
Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks to uphold hotel security protocols and emergency procedures
Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and guest records to maintain accurate documentation of nightly activities
Assist guests with special requests, provide local information, and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
Support front desk operations by managing reservations, cancellations, and modifications with attention to detail

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts is highly preferred
Familiarity with hotel management systems such as OPERA or comparable software is advantageous
Strong background in guest services, customer relations, and hotel emergency procedures is essential
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests
Proven ability to handle multi-line phone systems and demonstrate excellent phone etiquette
Experience working in resort environments or high-volume hotels enhances your suitability for this role

Front Desk PM shift 2pm to 10pm

Front Desk AM shift 6am to 2pm

*Also have a breakfast server shift open 6am to noon.

Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
