Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Caterer/Server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services at various events. Will likely need to drive to events, set up the equipment, and break down at the end. Pay is $20/hr, and tips typically range from $70- $130 per event!
Duties
- Set up and break down event spaces, including catering stands and tables.
- Serve ice cream with smiles, and small talk with guests.
- Prep for events at the shop, and pack up vehicle efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous experience in catering, banquet service, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong guest services skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
- Must be able to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
- Must have car, SUV or truck, as well as valid drivers license
