About Us

Language Trainers is an international language training company working with freelance teachers of 99+ languages in hundreds of cities worldwide. Founded in 2004, our motto is Any Language, Anytime, Anywhere.

We provide customized language training to professionals and private students for work, family, and travel purposes.

Position Details

We are currently looking for a Korean language teacher for one of our clients in Pleasanton, CA

Reference ID: 1096874
Course Type: General
Format: one-to-one
Total Hours: 20 (twenty)
Session length: one hour (20 x 1-hour sessions)
Location: at the students' home in Pleasanton, CA 94566
Student Level: Elementary
Students: 8 and 11-year-old children
Schedule: once a week on Wednesdays after 3:30 pm and Mondays after 5pm, or Tuesdays at 4:30 pm
Start Date: as soon as possible.
Motivation: "they are Korean-American and while they know basic Korean phrases, they would like to be conversational, be able to eventually read, write, and also have a better understanding of the Korean culture."

Ideal Candidate

Be a native Korean speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification
Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter
Have a valid work permit/visa
Live within 20 miles of the specified location

Conditions

Schedule and location may be flexible based on availability
Hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
Freelance, part-time position
We are not able to sponsor visas
