John Muir Health Cancer Medical Group is seeking a well-trained Physician Assistant committed to excellent patient care to join our Bay Area team in highly desirable Walnut Creek, CA. Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
PAB – California, Physician Assistant Board - Required
NCCPA - National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants - Required
CA DEA – Required
BLS Basic Life Support - American Heart Association – Required
1 year of recent oncology experience with demonstrated clinical experience as a PA in oncology care, including chemotherapy plans, patient education and care coordination - Required

Preferred Qualifications:

Outpatient Solid Tumor oncology experience

· Experience supporting an oncologist rounding on in-patients and collaborating with hospitalists on shared patients.

Experience working with Clinical Trial Protocols
EPIC and Beacon experience

Salary Range: $180,000 to $250,000 per year (depending on experience)
