Full Job Description

Experienced Registered Nurse Aesthetic Injector

Overview

Lumae Aesthetics & Weight Loss is a boutique medical aesthetics practice dedicated to providing safe, natural-looking results through personalized evidence-based care. The ideal candidate is confident working independently, providing exceptional patient care, conducting consultations, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering safe, natural-looking aesthetic results.

While our current focus includes aesthetic injectables, we are continually expanding our services and plan to offer IV hydration therapy, PRP hair restoration, physician-supervised weight loss programs, including GLP-1 medications and oral weight loss medications, travel medicine, medical-grade skincare and more. We are looking for someone who is excited to grow with the practice as these services are introduced.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Safely administer neuromodulators (Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, Daxxify®) and dermal fillers, including Juvederm®, Restylane®, and the RHA® Collection.
Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, post-treatment care, and potential risks
Deliver an exceptional patient experience through professionalism, compassion, and outstanding customer service.
Recommend appropriate medical-grade skincare products and complementary aesthetic treatments
Assist with before-and-after photography and patient education materials
Participate in marketing efforts by creating educational content and in social media when appropriate.
Collaborate with the team to help grow and expand clinical services.

Qualifications

Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience administering Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, Daxxify®, and dermal fillers such as Juvederm®, Restylane®, and the RHA® Collection.
Strong understanding of facial anatomy, injection safety, and complication management.
Ability to independently perform consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.
Professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
Experience with PRP, IV hydration therapy, laser treatments, chemical peels, medical-grade skincare, or other aesthetic procedures is a plus.
Experience with aesthetic EMR or practice management software is preferred.
Experience with retail skincare sales and patient education is a plus.

Important Applicant Information

This position requires an experienced injector who can independently perform consultations, develop treatment plans, and safely administer Botox and dermal filler injections without supervision. A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Botox and dermal fillers is required. If you do not meet this requirement, please do not apply, as this is not an entry-level position.

Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per hour
