100% Remote in California | 100% Commission Opportunity | Flat Fee Model | W-2 or 1099 | 2+ Years Experience Preferred

Citizens Financial is hiring California loan officers who want better pricing flexibility, stronger product access, and a mission-driven brand built around service, education, and community impact.

We are looking for mortgage professionals who know how to build relationships, manage a pipeline, serve clients with confidence, and grow their business without being boxed into a traditional retail structure.

Compensation Model

Our structure is built for producing loan officers who want clarity, flexibility, and control.

Flat fee per closed loan: TBD / proposed $555–$585

100% commission opportunity on self-generated business

No processing fee charged to the loan officer

No 10% admin charge for 1099 loan officers

W-2 employees will have a 10% administrative/payroll charge

Technology/admin platform fee: TBD

Fairness Clause: If the flat fee exceeds 20% of gross commission, the loan officer pays the lesser amount.

After 50 funded loans in an anniversary year, the flat fee may be waived for the remainder of that year.

Dynamic Pricing Advantage

We give loan officers the flexibility to structure deals around the client.

You receive access to:

Dynamic pricing across our lender network
Mortgage brokerage and mortgage banking execution
VA, FHA, Conventional, Jumbo, DPA, DSCR, Non-QM, ITIN, Reverse, Portfolio, and investor lending options
Leadership support, deal strategy, CRM tools, marketing support, and remote-first workflow
Optional NorCal and SoCal hub office access

Who We Want

Ideal candidates have:

Active California MLO license through DRE or DFPI
2+ years of recent mortgage origination experience preferred
California residency
Self-sourced or referral-based production experience preferred
Strong communication and follow-up discipline
Professional, ethical, relationship-driven approach
Interest in serving community-based referral networks
