Event Production & Installation Specialist.
Location: Wowlloons Studio – Pembroke, MA
Reports To: Studio Manager & Lead Installer
Position Type: Part-Time (15–20 hours/week) with potential for promotion to full-time based on performance, reliability, and business needs.

Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy creating extraordinary experiences? Are you someone who likes working with your hands, solving problems on the fly, and seeing your work come to life?
Wowlloons is looking for a motivated, dependable, and creative individual to join our growing team as an Event Production & Installation Specialist.
This isn't your typical studio job. One day you may be fabricating balloon installations, the next you're installing on site for a corporate gala, styling a birthday or transforming a venue for a brand activation. Every day is different, and every event presents a new creative challenge.
The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Because we work in the event industry, flexibility is essential. Our busiest days often include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and successful team members understand that creating exceptional events sometimes means working outside the traditional 9-to-5 schedule.
