What You’ll Do
As an Architectural Drafter, you’ll play an essential role in transforming concepts into detailed construction drawings that builders and homeowners rely on.
Responsibilities include:
· Preparing architectural floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
· Producing accurate construction documents using Revit and/or AutoCAD
· Working closely with architects, designers, and project managers
· Ensuring drawings comply with residential building codes and construction standards
· Collaborating with team members to continually improve the quality of every project
· Learning and applying TK’s proven design and drafting methods
No two projects are exactly alike, giving you the opportunity to continually expand your skills while working on exciting custom and production home designs.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
· Enjoys working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
· Takes pride in producing high-quality, detail-oriented work

· Loves learning and continually improving
· Wants to contribute to something bigger than themselves
Preferred Qualifications
· Minimum of 2 years of professional Revit and/or AutoCAD experience
· Residential drafting experience preferred
· Strong understanding of residential construction methods, structural framing, and building codes is a plus
