About Bedrock
Bedrock Restoration is just over four years old and has grown from a single employee to a team of 18 full-time employees, supported by multiple subcontractor crews. This growth has been powered by best-in-class communication, industry-leading technology, and an agile mindset, where we learn fast and implement faster.
Our sister company, Bedrock Plumbing, launched nearly two years ago and has expanded to a dedicated team of 10. Together, these two divisions create a powerful, complementary engine, offering end-to-end service from plumbing to mitigation to rebuild.
At Bedrock, we’ve built a spring-loaded system: nimble, refined, and ready to scale rapidly in the coming years. Now, we’re looking for the right people to scale with us, leaders who are eager to contribute, grow, and shape the future of our business.
Program Purpose
The BOLD Program is Bedrock’s rotational leadership development track for high-potential talent. The program is designed to grow operational leaders from within. BOLD provides immersive exposure, hands-on execution, and strategic mentorship across the business.
The program is designed to both train and empower participants to deeply understand Bedrock at a foundational level. BOLD members are expected not only to learn from each rotation but to actively add value to Bedrock by identifying opportunities, surfacing operational insights, and proposing or implementing process improvements.
The Bedrock Mindset
Our Bedrock Mindsets defines how we show up, with each other, with customers, and with partners. Every BOLD participant is expected to adopt and embody these values.
- “Name on the front” mindset, zero egos, period
- Doing the right thing, always
- Be meticulous communicators; satisfaction and efficiency are significantly higher with great communication
- Be inclusive problem solvers – open minded attitudes to solve problems as a team
- Live what you preach and never compromise
- Have a bias towards action
- Treat everyone with respect, always
- Foster a caring culture for people to operate at their best – mistakes will happen, measure intent
- Foster a learning culture for people to always be growing – teach, don’t give
- Living this mindset is as important as the skills gained during rotations. It is the compass for leadership at Bedrock
BOLD is built for high-capacity individuals who want to lead, build, and grow within a blue-collar business that’s run like a team room of the most actionable problem solvers. The ideal candidate is a recently graduated or second-year MBA looking to apply their skills in the small business arena, where decision-making is fast, impact is visible, and growth is hands-on. We are looking for a Fall 2026 start, with part-time/full-time depending on availability.
Regardless of background, the right candidate:
- Is a self-starter who thrives without step-by-step direction
- Has entrepreneurial ambition, driven to own and improve core parts of a business
- Leads with high emotional intelligence, able to manage and motivate across all levels
- Navigates ambiguity well, thriving in unstructured, evolving environments
- Is fascinated by small business operations and wants to master every angle
- Enjoys problem-solving across all parts of the business and wants to see through the rapid changes from their work
- Stays humble, willing to jump into frontline or behind-the-scenes work to get results
- Ultimately aims to run a piece of a growing company, not just be part of one
