Your Role as a Staff Pharmacist

As a Pharmacist at Geritom Medical, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient preparation and dispensing of medications. You will work under the direction of the Pharmacist in Charge and contribute to patient care and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispense and Compound Medications: Prepare, fill, and compound prescriptions accurately based on physician orders.
Operational Support: Help determine work priorities, oversee pharmacy technicians, and ensure all procedures align with company policies.
Safety & Organization: Keep the pharmacy work area neat, clean, and fully operational.

Work Schedule:

Full-time: Monday-Friday
Several shifts available.

Qualifications:

Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) or 10+ years of related experience
Active Minnesota Pharmacist License
Experience in long-term care (LTC) pharmacy preferred
Must be 18 years or older with an ability to pass a criminal and medical background check and drug screening
First Aid Training required
Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills
Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs. and meet other job-related physical requirements
