Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are a 26, year old technical software developer and equipment distributor, located in Canton, Michigan, seeking an experienced industrial, sales, customer service and administrative representative. This position seeks a professional individual with over 10 years of corporate, inside the office experience. This job will be 100% in the office.

Responsibilities

Manage, maintain and sell products and services to existing customers.
Data entry for CRM maintenance and the creation of quotations and orders.
Contacting (phone calls and emails), following up and selling to non-current customers and leads from marketing campaigns.
Marketing tasks to include sales presentations and assistance with web site and marketing campaigns.
Working with vendors.
Sales administration tasks.
Training on all applicable products.

Experience

Ten years working in a company environment (on premise).
Selling to companies.
Customer service to companies.
Creating quotations and generating orders.
Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone and through email.
Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry tasks.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of sales techniques, customer service problem-solving, and client communication strategies.
