Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! Responsibilities

Acting as a first point of contact for customers, visitors, and drivers
Answering phone calls, voice messages, responding to emails, and directing enquiries to the right person
General administrative assistant duties
Create invoices and VIN numbers
Print labels and work orders
Help with pre-employment and post accident tasks

Experience

Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) for various productivity tasks
Demonstrated computer literacy including data entry, spreadsheet management, and technical proficiency with office equipment
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Strong customer service skills complemented by effective phone communication and client interaction experience
Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs effectively
Previous experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous but not required
