Role Overview:
Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef for Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello, ID. The Executive Chef will manage all culinary operations for this hospital campus including patient feeding, retail areas, and catering. The Executive Chef will be a dynamic team player with a strong background in culinary trends, food quality, and presentation.
What You'll Do:
- implement and standardize all culinary systems and procedures for hospital

manage, direct, and mentor frontline staff

procurement and purchasing

create menus based on client needs

implement innovative and fresh ideas in retail, catering, and patient services

create interpersonal relationships with client

Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
