Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Epoxy Technicians to join our dynamic team In pocatello, ID. As an Epoxy Technician at Pristine Concrete Coatings, you will play a crucial role in the creation of stunning and durable epoxy floors that redefine spaces, from residential garages to commercial facilities. You will be responsible for executing all aspects of epoxy floor installation, ensuring precision, quality, and efficiency in every project.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for epoxy application through proper cleaning and prepping
- Accurately measure, mix, and apply epoxy coatings to achieve seamless and durable finishes
- Collaborate with the team to ensure proper color mixing and design implementation
- Utilize tools and equipment effectively and safely to achieve outstanding results
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure flawless application
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally
- Work both independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment
