In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk. Your positive attitude, exceptional organizational skills, and technical proficiency will help create a professional and efficient environment. Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive first impression
Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, direct calls, and handle messages efficiently
Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating spreadsheets using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings with precision and professionalism
Handle administrative tasks including word processing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence
Support office management activities by organizing supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring office equipment functions properly
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software to track expenses and invoices
Provide support for clerical duties such as filing, document scanning, and managing client communication

Experience

Proven office experience or administrative support background in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry tools
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle inquiries professionally
Bilingual abilities are highly valued to communicate effectively with diverse clients and team members
Experience in customer service roles or front desk positions within medical or dental settings is a plus
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
Demonstrated attention to detail in proofreading documents and managing schedules
