Front Office Administrator- High Tech Fire Protection

Job Summary:

High Tech Fire Protection is looking for a front office administrator to answer the phones, process incoming payments and invoices, and maintain vendor files and relationships. Apply today or feel free to reach out to [email protected] with any additional questions.

Job type: Full Time, in-person

Pay: Starting at $18 - $21 (based on experience)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Process incoming payments and invoices
Maintain customer relations and work with vendors to order materials
Assist office management with other administrative duties
Answer the phone; assisting customers over the phone and coordinating incoming service calls to dispatch the on-call technician
Navigate multiple computer software systems and physical files to keep business documentation up to date

Skills and Experience:

Experience with business bookkeeping including A/P and A/R
Experience in customer service and/or receptionist duties
Competency in Microsoft Office and computer skills
Ability to learn and use new computer software
Must have reliable transportation to commute to work daily

Hours and Location:

Our office hours are:
8am to 4pm Monday-Thursday
8am to 12pm Friday
This job is located in-person in Poland, ME
