Full Job Description

We are growing rapidly and looking for A-players to join our team!

**If you do NOT have Restoration or Environmental Testing experience, please do NOT apply** It is a requirement for this position

As specialists in environmental inspection and testing services, we pride ourselves on delivering industry-leading service. To keep up with demand, we are hiring an additional Coordinator to manage client and vendor interactions, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and top-tier communication.

This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where new jobs come in constantly. We need someone who is personable, quick on their feet, and an excellent communicator.

Location: Remote

Compensation:

Starting Hourly Rate: $30 per hour
Weekly Hours: ~40 hours/week

Schedule:

Tuesday–Friday: 11 AM – 8 PM PST
Saturday: 8 AM – 5 PM PST

Required Experience:

✔ Industry Knowledge: Experience in the water damage restoration or environmental testing industry is required.
✔ Operations/Coordination Background: Scheduling, vendor coordination, or operations experience is required.
✔ Technical Proficiency: Strong data entry and computer skills.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors
Coordinate inspections and manage scheduling
Ensure clear and timely communication across all parties
Maintain accurate client/job data in our system
Respond to inquiries and provide excellent service
Spot process improvements and implement efficiency gains
