Full Job Description

Award-winning Optometry Office in Pasadena has immediate opening for Optical Technician / Optician. We seek highly motivated individuals with strong commitment to excellence and a desire to advance based on performance.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Eyewear adjustments and repairs. Must have experience with progressive lenses.
Deliver new eyewear to patients in a polite and friendly manner.
Assist in other tasks when needed.
Pre-Testing: We may train the right candidate to assist the doctors by pre-testing the patients.
Maintain appropriate standards of quality, honesty, and patient service.
Work with others to ensure comprehensive completion of all tasks.

Experience:

· Minimum 1 year experience OR completion of an Optical Technician / Optician course.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Team player
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Highly motivated and organized
Empathetic with patients' needs and concerns
Multi-Task and excel under pressure
Computer literate
Detail Oriented
