Full Job Description

Carrico Pediatric Therapy Inc. is a private clinic that provides occupational, physical and speech therapy services to children 0-18 years of age across multiple counties in Southern California. Our team of compassionate clinicians are dedicated to be life long learners. We provide mentorship and support to all staff from day one. We respect everyone's work-life balance and as a company we support a positive work culture.

Each Carrico clinic is designed with the goal to provide a warm and welcoming work environment and use state of the art equipment to patients and their families. We currently have clinics in the city of San Dimas, Rancho Cucamonga, Murrieta, and Fullerton.

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our growing Carrico Pediatric Therapy Inc. family in San Dimas, CA.

We get to participate and help in our never-ending workshop hosting (previous courses include Beckman Oral Motor, SOS Approach to Feeding with Dr. Kay Toomey (biggest turn out of 160+ practitioners), and NDT Techniques with Lois Bly).
We get to be a part of the Swallowing Fellowship Program to work towards our swallowing certification in the state of California.
We have access to someone from Quality Control during the onboarding process to assist with our training. It does not matter if you are a new grad clinician or new to administration in the healthcare field, you have access to someone skilled in your division as needed to help you problem solve through your workload.
Finally, being part of a positive work culture that nurtures a lifetime of learning.
We have quarterly staff development days, covering multidisciplinary topics from our team members to further expand our knowledge in various areas.
We have staff bonding days organized by the team to get to know each other a little bit more outside of work.

Admin Assistant Responsibilities

Our Admin Assistant work collaboratively with the therapy team to provide evidence based practice to children 0-18 years of age in a fun, supportive and stimulating environment.
