Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-level Research Coordinator to join our dynamic clinical research team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about advancing medical knowledge and supporting clinical trials. As a vital member of the research team, you will assist in coordinating study activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining accurate documentation. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will contribute to the successful execution of clinical studies, ultimately helping to improve patient outcomes and medical treatments. Duties

Assist in the planning, organization, and implementation of clinical research activities in accordance with study protocols and regulatory guidelines.
Support patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment processes while ensuring adherence to inclusion and exclusion criteria.
Conduct patient monitoring by recording vital signs, blood sampling (phlebotomy), and documenting clinical observations accurately within electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Review study documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with FDA regulations, ICH GCP standards, and CDISC data standards.
Manage data collection, entry, and management using statistical software and other relevant tools to ensure high-quality data integrity.
Assist in compliance management by maintaining adherence to HIPAA privacy rules, blood sampling procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
Support supervision of research staff or trainees when applicable, fostering a collaborative team environment focused on quality outcomes. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a health sciences field such as Nursing, Biology, or related discipline.
Basic knowledge of clinical trials management, medical terminology, and clinical research processes.
Experience with EMR systems, data management tools, or statistical software is preferred.
Familiarity with FDA regulations, ICH GCP guidelines, HIPAA privacy standards, and CDISC data standards is highly desirable.
Certification such as ICH GCP certificate from a recognized issuer (including CA) is a plus.
Strong analysis skills with attention to detail for documentation review and data accuracy.
Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and team collaboration.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining compliance with protocols and regulations.
