Join Our Growing Finance Team!

Flow-X International USA Inc. is a rapidly growing logistics and supply chain company providing warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, and cross-borderlogistics services across North America.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist / Treasury Assistant to join our Finance team.

This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience who is looking to expand their accounting skills into treasury and cash management. You'll work closely with our Finance, Operations, and Warehouse teams while gaining valuable experience supporting multiple business entities.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable

Review and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness
Process vendor payments through ACH, wire transfers, checks, and online payment platforms
Maintain payment schedules to ensure timely and accurate payments
Match invoices with supporting documents and obtain required approvals
Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and invoice discrepancies

Treasury & Cash Management

Process daily ACH and wire payments using JPMorgan Chase Access
Perform daily and weekly bank reconciliations
Monitor corporate bank accounts and payment activities
Maintain accurate cash transaction records
Support daily cash management and treasury reporting
Assist with month-end closing activities

Team Collaboration

Work closely with Operations, Warehouse, HR, and Finance teams
Coordinate with external payroll providers and accounting partners
Support process improvements and internal financial controls
Assist with other accounting and finance projects as assigned

Qualifications Required

2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
Experience processing vendor payments (ACH, wire transfers, checks, or online payments) Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese
Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

Experience performing bank reconciliations
Experience using JPMorgan Chase Access or other corporate online banking platforms
Experience with ERP or accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain industries
Experience supporting multiple business entities is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
