Full Job Description

Associate Product Manager

Position Overview

Associate Product Manager will support the development and execution of new products that drive business growth. Work closely with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to conduct market research and assist in bringing innovative products to market.

Key Skills

Provide creative input into design and development of new products.
Copywriting, product testing and packaging briefs for consumer products in a variety of categories; including cleaning, beauty, barware, grocery and household, etc.
Work with teams including design, engineering, sales, and operations to support new product development launches.
Maintain product documentation, track project timelines, and prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and improve efficiency in product management processes.
Familiarity with customer research and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights gathering to make informed product decisions.
Collaborate with graphics team to maintain a consistent brand voice and message to create high-quality designs.
Pro-actively start and finish projects to meet challenging deadlines within the Wrike PM system.
Assist with customer meetings by prepping presentations and mock-up samples.
Sample management and product development tracking.
Assist in developing and managing product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related field.
Complete understanding of product lifecycle, user experience, and agile methodologies.
Ability to interpret data and provide insights to support product decisions.

Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
