Role Description The Wedding Day Event Coordinator (Vineyard) is a full-time, on-site role located at Ever After Farms’ Vineyard in Pomona City, FL. This role oversees the wedding day timeline, coordinates vendors, and guides couples and their guests throughout the event to ensure everything runs smoothly. The coordinator manages ceremony and reception setup, monitors décor and venue readiness, and addresses any day-of issues with calm, solutions-focused communication. Daily responsibilities include greeting and directing guests, collaborating with the onsite team, supporting rehearsal events, and maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. The coordinator also works with the sales and events teams to confirm details in advance, uphold venue policies, and deliver a consistently exceptional wedding experience.
Qualifications
- Event Planning and Event Management skills to organize timelines, logistics, and vendor coordination.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact effectively with couples, guests, and staff.
- Proven experience in weddings, hospitality, or special events coordination, preferably in an indoor/outdoor setting.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
- Comfort working on-site, including evenings and weekends, with the physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with event setup.
- Reliable transportation to the Pomona Park Vineyard location and a commitment to punctuality and dependability.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in hospitality, event management, or a related field is a plus.
