What’s the opportunity:

We are looking for a Receptionist to answer and accurately direct phone calls and greet visitors positively and professionally. The receptionist will also handle administrative tasks as assigned.

What will you do:

Greeting guests and providing them with a positive first impression of the organization.
Answering the telephone; taking and relaying messages; providing information to callers.
Directing guests and answering their questions, providing them with guest badges.
Receiving and sorting mail and packages.
Handles as necessary inbound and outbound mail, documents and packages.
Manage office supplies.
Performs administrative and clerical support tasks, such as updating spreadsheets and running reports.
Performs other duties as requested

What you bring to the table:

Experience with Excel, Word and Outlook
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Positive and professional attitude
Must be attentive to details, organized and a team player.
