Our shop is equipped with modern digital equipment, bridge cranes, vacuum lifting systems, dust-control equipment, and professional tools designed to improve quality while reducing heavy lifting, dust exposure, and physical strain.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of stone fabrication experience required.
- Experience fabricating quartz, porcelain, quartzite, marble, and natural stone.
- Experience with mitering, shaping, polishing, and countertop assembly.
- Knowledge of epoxy, color matching, and vein matching.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Safe handling of stone slabs and panels.
- Dependable, organized, and able to work well with a team.
- Positive attitude with a desire to learn, grow, and help find solutions.
What You'll Do
- Fabricate and assemble custom countertops.
- Create mitered edges, polish, shape, and finish stone.
- Perform epoxy work, color matching, and vein matching.
- Inspect finished work to ensure the highest quality.
- Assist robot and bridge saw operators.
- Assist with loading countertops and occasional field installations.
- Follow safe shop practices and proper slab-handling procedures.
