Full Job Description

Micrologic Associates is a leading technology solutions provider for the car wash and related industries. We build the systems our customers run their businesses on, empowering them to grow more profitable washes through smarter products, dependable service, and a team that has their back. Our product suite includes all the software needed to run and grow a wash, along with the related hardware and support services that keep it all running.

This is a relationship-driven role focused on the long-term success of our existing customers, not on new-business sales. Growth comes from deepening trusted partnerships.

The National Client Success Manager owns Micrologic's most important customer relationships: our largest multi-region operators whose success directly shapes our business. This is our most senior client-facing role, and it's a strong fit for a seasoned account leader who operates like a strategic partner to the C-suite, enjoys solving complex problems, and gets ahead of issues before they arise. The best candidates are polished, credible relationship builders with the executive presence to sit across from a CEO or VP and the range to connect just as easily with on-site staff.

As the single point of accountability for your national accounts, you'll own the executive relationship and the overall success of the account, driving customer satisfaction, product adoption, retention, renewals, and long-term account growth, while mobilizing teams and senior leadership across Micrologic to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

Serve as the single point of accountability for high-touch portfolios of Micrologic's largest national accounts (our biggest multi-region operators)
Build and own relationships at the highest levels of each account, serving as executive sponsor and trusted advisor to C-suite leadership (CEO, CFO, COO, VP)
Develop and drive multi-year strategic account plans and joint business plans that align Micrologic's roadmap with each client's long-term goals
Own the ongoing health and growth of your accounts, including retention, renewals, and expansion, working across internal teams to deliver long-term value
Lead Executive and Quarterly Business Reviews (EBRs/QBRs), strategic planning sessions, and customer meetings, both virtually and on-site
Learn each customer's business inside and out, and deliver strategic recommendations that maximize the value they get from Micrologic
Serve as the top escalation point for your accounts, personally owning business-critical issues through to resolution and mobilizing senior resources as needed
Proactively monitor account health, spot risks early, and build action plans that protect satisfaction and retention
Drive adoption across the Micrologic platform and identify opportunities to grow accounts with additional solutions
Act as the voice of your customers inside Micrologic
Develop deep expertise in Micrologic's products and service offerings, and keep that knowledge current as our platform grows
Travel frequently to customer sites, executive meetings, and industry events, representing Micrologic at the highest level
Stay on top of industry news, market shifts, and competitor activity
Take on other responsibilities as the business needs them

Core Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
8+ years in B2B Client Success, National/Strategic Account Management, or a related customer-facing role, including significant experience owning large, complex national or enterprise accounts
Proven track record managing large, strategic accounts and strengthening those relationships over time
Demonstrated success building and sustaining trusted relationships with senior and executive-level stakeholders
A focus on driving customer retention, product adoption, and long-term account growth
Prior experience working in a software, SaaS, or technology environment
Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites and industry events
Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills, with the confidence to engage senior audiences
Strong business acumen and strategic problem-solving abilities
Proven ability to collaborate across departments and mobilize resources without direct authority
Strong organizational, project, and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A positive, self-motivated professional who's energized by helping customers succeed
A collaborative team player with a strong focus on goals and a creative approach to solving problems
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and virtual meeting platforms

Experience with POS software
Experience in a hardware/software environment
Car wash or related industry experience
