Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Outside Sales Representative/Account Manager in the Western Oklahoma, Texas Panhandle, and Wichita Falls area. You must reside in this territory. In this role, you will drive business growth by developing new client relationships and managing existing accounts within the lighting fixtures industry. Your passion for sales, combined with your technical knowledge and excellent communication skills, will help us expand our footprint and deliver exceptional solutions to our customers. As a sales professional, you provide consistent service excellence. Duties

Work with the corporate to identify and pursue new business channels (lighting distributors, energy companies, developers, contractors, designers)
Work with new and existing accounts to maintain service excellence
Conduct in-depth product presentations and technical sales consultations with B2B clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize sales revenue while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and market penetration.
Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze sales trends.
Lead business development initiatives by identifying new markets and customer segments within South Florida.

Requirements

Must have professional 5-year electric supply or lighting sales experience in attaining and surpassing your quota
Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent work experience
Proven experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or business development within the lighting fixtures or related technology sectors.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively.
Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate product benefits and technical details to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to analyze market data and customer needs to develop strategic sales plans.
Experience with CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines.
Ability to perform warm calling campaigns confidently and professionally.
Must be able to work independently under time sensitive deadlines
